ok battery fitting the super flux....

tunigy nano 4000 2s 45-90c softpack you can easily fit two on each side for 8000 total 4s power

traxxas 3s 5000 25c softpack fits 1 each side for 5000 6s power (manual reccomends 30-35c rating)

dynamite 3s 5000 20c silver hard pack... forget about it...doesnt fit

dynamite 2s 4000 20c hard pack fits 1 each side for 4000 4s power

venom 2s 5000 45c hard pack fits 1 per side for a total of 4s 5000

thats all the lipos i have but i suspect turnigy 3s 6500 45-90c would be my choice

as a side note 4s on this is no slow poke. 6s wakes it up to revo style insane. im going to run 4s and 6s this next sunday to see what is best on the track, but I suspect 4s will be plenty and controllable. in my opinion there is plenty of room for double wide battery trays that could hold an 8000 3s hard pack on both sides. lets hope hpi or someone is listening!
