Hmm is that small radiator really enough to cool the engine. And where is the water reservoir?

Here is an older picture. Today the two radiators sit a little closer together.
It is needed to add a little reservoir. The one in the picture is only 40 cc and maybe a little too small. On my new upcoming sand rail I am trying out a 125 cc tank. Basically it is just a gas tank.
The two radiators have worked fine so far. On the new car I will run with only one, but a larger one. More will follow.

Those are some of the nicest rims you can get. Just take a look at how the bead lock rings are integrated in the rim and supported by the spokes. They are Begitec 2H5T and 2V5T LAMBO.

That is a very well designed system! Yes the 929 carbs do work well! The 771 carbs with primer bulb and no choke work amazing as well on the air cooled set ups!

how come the primer is connected to the pulse tap? does it actually shoot gas into through the pulse port into the case?
do these work on the 5b? i guess it is so big the 5t is the best option. are there any pix of the actual kit mounted, exactly how someone would get it if they ordered one? the original 2 cylinder truck looks more tricked out then what is supplied in the kit.

Very nice build and conversion. But there is nothing new on twin engines you can buy them anywhere for ages.
You only need to modify it to fit into the Baja. And that is what Saxtoft did a amazing job at.

What about the watherpump, is there a cover for it???
Sitting so low on the engine it is bound to be coverd in mud, grass or simply get jammed by a rock....

I wonder if you could install a temp switch that could work to cut the ignition if things get too hot. This would be good insurance for if the water pump belt broke or it stopped working for some reason.
