FG Monster Beetle? I was kicking around that idea or shortening the chassis and running the Marder Beetle instead.

*Edit* This doesn't appear stretched, only that the front wheel arches are cut smaller than on the M.B.
Because there are no fenders you can fit the body more easily in front of the rear wing and have the wheelbase appear correct.

I did this with an FG beetle body a couple of years ago and it does fit. It is shorter but with the wheels hanging out it looks good. If you pull the side
body mounts on the baja as far out as they will extend,you can use those as side mounts and just add fronts on the shock tower.

That is an original FG beetle body.
If you turn your pull start 90 degrees CW you could start it without taking the body off.
