RCX Project "5T Desert Racer"
Well..... I have and Idea, lets do an RCX project in 3 weeks. Here is the game plan...
5T Chase/support vehicle/tow truck
Custom trailer
5T Desert race truck
The 2 new Baja 5T's have arrived and will be going under the knife immediately, as I have 3 weeks to get it all done! I will post up pics and a story on how it all goes down. Say bye bye to sleep, and hello to some redbull induced thrash missions.
Part 1.... Chassis
I have decided to make my own chassis to better support the roll cage planned for the desert truck. Today's progress included a new chassis layout and rough cut. Tomorrow will bring the finish cutting and hole drilling, followed up by the breaking of the material into its final shape. Pics coming soon!

I've got the race truck done, O wait a minute your gonna have Chevy's not Toyota's.
Can't wait to see it anyways.

thats sweet... exactly what i was going to do but with lexan ...just need to bring my baja to work to get the bends right ..
