I just wanted to start this thread showing all the parts I make for the Baja so it's all in one place. I've been a machinist for 20 years and have machines at home that allow me to make these parts. I sell all my parts direct with the exception of the clutch covers which are distributed through TGN so all the Baja shops have them.
I ship my parts everywhere, if anyone is interested in placing an order just send me a PM here on the forum. All my parts are machined from 6061 aluminum stock. The rear bumpers are the only part that gets bent to shape, the rest of the parts start out as a solid chunk of aluminum.
This is the part that started it all, the clutch covers. They retail for about $35.00 and can be used with the stock plastic clutch bearing holder and most of the aluminum clutch holders. They also work with all the available clutch bells except the Turtle Racing aluminum bell. The clutch covers are available at TGN, DDM, etc
Here's the clutch cover installed with a RamTech aluminum clutch holder.
Front shock towers that support the rear of the upper front hinge pins, they are just under 3/8 inch thick. They sell for $40.00
Shock tower installed
Roll cage risers to create more clearance for the roll cage when using rear exhaust. They are $25.00 a pair
Rear Dom without risers (roll cage touching the pipe)

Rear Dom with risers
HPI pipe without risers (wing touching the pipe)

HPI pipe with risers installed
Roof scoops are now available in two styles, the one with 30 holes can hold 30 LED's but you have to provide and install the LED's yourself.
They are $90.00 each
Front light mounts $25.00, they are held in place by the front hinge pins.
Gear covers $115.00

They have a groove machined in the back to hold the gear plate tight in both directions

Here it is installed with the FatBoyRC aluminum mounting pins
Fuel tanks, I got tired of the twist on cap letting sand in the tank at every fill up. These don't have a screw on cap, they are sealed and get filled by removing two plugs and using a hand crank pump. The lids are O-Ring sealed and the tanks come with all the fittings and hardware needed to run it(except the hand crank filling pump and the rubber line holder from the stock tank). They are available with hardware in three color choices: blue, red, black or you can get not dyed parts and dye them whichever color you want. They also come with a one way check valve(not shown in pics)
The tanks are $140.00
Here is the pump I use to fill the tank, as long as it's a pump rated for gasoline use it will work
It also makes air filter maintenance much easier, there is enough clearance between the tank and filter so you can spin the filter all the way around to make installing the filters and outerwears much easier.
Tank installed with TS reed case and using 90 deg fittings for the carb lines.

Tank installed with piston port case not using the 90 deg fittings for the carb lines

You get extra fittings with the tank so there are many plumbing options.

Full length quick release roll cage tubes. Just cut your roll cage 2 1/2 - 2 3/4 inches back from the rear of the spark plug cover and slide these in place for easy roll cage removal. They are $35.00 a pair for the aluminum and raw stainless steel tubes, the black powdercoated stainless tubes are $37.00 a pair.
Rear bumpers/pipe protectors/wheelie skids. These are 1/8 inch thick and provide good protection for all the rear exhaust systems and work as wheelie skids too, they allow the front tires to come up 12 inches before it touches the ground. I was doing wheelies all weekend and the Baja's never flipped over backwards. They are $45.00 and come with the mounting hardware.
This bumper replaces the stock plastic lower roll cage hoops, they come with screws and two aluminum nuts and a spacer for those using rear mounted pipes
The CBE tailights can be installed in the holes
Here are the new spark plug covers, they are $70.00
They offer easy plug changing without cover removal
3/4 inch clearance with stock spark plug and it's cut out above the plug to avoid breaking

Here is the aluminum wheel and shock wrench. It has two hexes machined into it, one fits the wheel nuts and the other fits the top shock nuts. The handle is held in place with a set screw and can be adjusted for more leverage when needed. They are $35.00
Here are the new V2 rear bumpers, they are heavy duty and are available in long and short versions. They are $85.00 each and come with all needed mounting hardware.
Here is the short V2 bumper
Here is the long V2 bumper, it provides maximum protection for all rear exhaust sytems and also the 5T truck body and truck conversions
They come with all mounting hardware needed
Wheelie wheels for my V2 bumpers, they come with a UHMW wheel, 2 Fast Eddie bearings, 2 spacers, 2 bolts, and the shaft for the bearings and spacers to go over.
The wheelie wheels will fit on both the long and short V2 rear bumpers.
Here are links to my two builds with more pics of my parts installed
