Spark plug helicoil size?

Does anyone happen to know the specs of a helicoil that I would need for the spark plug?

Like size and pitch? Not really sure what I need. I have spent a couple hours searching.

That is how they list the sizes of most helicoils used for sparkpliug repair and it is also how many sparkplugs are measured in there specifications.
The thread size is given in metric mm and the reach is often given in inch scale.
