I am guessing you have the stock engine. Check this pipe out and watch the videos. It is all so very well protected.

Thats teh same exaust i run and love it. It really woke up my engine. It didnt have the crazy low end uf a Dom but would still outrun a stock engine with teh SS pipe off the line and then scream away on the top end.

I never ran the DOM V2 but my standard CPI pipe with my stock 26 had more then enough bottom end. I know I twisted my stock SS dog bones with that combination. I am now running a race ported 30.5 I built with the big bore CPI. Do you want pretty or do you want good performance with a well protected pipe? LOL I think the CPI pipe is a good looking pipe myself.

I will choose DDM side dom. Cheap, not very loud, well protected, great looking. It also provide strong enough bottom end.

My friend is using this pipe. That is really bad ass. You should try it out.

I do not see how a pipe hanging off the side is well protected on a 5b. All so makes it a bit of a pain getting the body off and on. I ran a side pipe once not the side DOM and it caught hell.

Rear Dom gets my vote its proteced if you run the right bumper. The Side Dom is ok as well but I dont think its that protected either

I would think it will be a very good match for that motor. Keep us posted on how you like it.

As far as pipes go. They are actually cheap. $175 - $10 (coupon) + free shipping = a great pipe deal to me
