Yeah, I didn't like the density or the fit of the included foam for the rear tires and the glue seam created a hard spot where the rest of it was soft. It wanted to bunch up and didn't fit the tire well at all.

The front foam seemed fine and was better than what I had.

The Duratraxx Bandito tires mounted up with no problems, also trying out the DDM outer rings.

Unfortunately on 3 out of 4 tires, the lettering is peeling off.

Did you get to try those Banditos yet?

I tried a set of Bandito MT's on my Arrma Fazon and I wish I had not. Front tires ballooned to the size of medium pizzas, lost control, hit a curb and bent a rear axle. First part I've damaged in a crash in years. Thankfully, the LHS is going to refund them and send them back.

I cannot figure out who the Bandito MTs would be marketed towards. I wouldn't want street tires on a slow monster truck, nor would I even want a slow monster truck. Same goes for 1/8th scale truggies. Street tires are for going fast on the street. These can't do that without some type of reinforcement. Unfortunately, the MTs are premounted and I don't enjoy removing glued tires from wheels.

The Bandito C3s on my Vorza balloon a little when they are off the ground but nothing like this.

I have not had the chance to try my Lockups yet. Hopefully soon.

No I have been to busy with work to test them. They do seem like a very soft compound rubber. I'm not running the inserts that came with them, so hopefully that will help with ballooning.

Hey guys I believe I was the one u guys were referring to that killed a set of duratrax tires on my sprint car in less than 20 laps. A buddy of mine is working with r and d to try to make them better. In all fairness my cat has a bit of power with a 29.5 esp ported top end on a ts reed case. And the track dried out quickly. I was running g the old style hostile zero growth foams.. Grey with blue band on outer edge. Here's a pic of the rr and a pic of a blue compound khaos tire used the same day with over 200 laps on it both tires were brand new when the day started. I have a set of lockups I was thinking about trying as well as have a set of banditos on order. And also local hobby shop gave me another set of dinero to try again to make sure it wasn't a fluke

Sucks to see any tire fail in 20 laps.

No doubt that Oval is brutal on tires, but still ...
