Thanks guys my Baja family has grown leaps and bounds since I joined HBF back in what 2005 its amazing to me how many awesome people there are in this hobby will do whatever they can to help a fellow Baja owner. We have had a lot of up's and down's over the years but I would not change a single thing. I was proud to become a moderator on this forum several years ago and I am proud still be around doing the moderator thing.
Jenn is an awesome person and I am not just saying that. Its funny how people find their way into your life at times you didn't even expect or were looking. A little about Jenn, she was my Dialysis tech at my new Dialysis unit in Pa when I moved. I honestly thought she was stuck up for the first couple of weeks I was there but she for sure has grown on me.
Once she left our Unit her and I got in touch on FB and just started hanging out. I am glad her and I got in touch and are keeping in touch.
She was on my ass for months to get rid of my DNR and finally one day something clicked and I realized I needed to get rid of it so I did.
Then a month or so ago she kept on my ass about getting on the transplant list so we set up a meeting with the Transplant people at UPMC and I am glad I did. Looks like I might have my life back, be off Dialysis and no longer a Type 1 Diabetic before Christmas this year..
We will have to see how things go. I have several tests I need to get done but those are all pretty much already scheduled for the month of July..
Then I guess its just a waiting game..
So we'll see guys I will keep you posted..
And Jenn your awesome and an awesome tape pealer
