I strongly agree with you 4WD is perfect for truggy but for baja I feel 2WD is perfect..
It would be excelllent if the 4WD can be converted to 2 WD like the GMC silverado you have a shift to trans from 4WD To 2WD

I love the people doing conversion or inventions for the Baja. Personally I hope HPI is working on a 1:5 scale Savage. I thought about it myself making a large TVP design. It can be done but not with the Baja hardware except the engine, rear shocks, rear tires, everything else from scratch...

and i have wanted 2 turner mine in 2 a 4 wheel drive for ages where you get the belt and the 2 wheels from 2 do it i think it relly nice your car

2 white wheels are chopped up chopping board from your kitchen ... mostly the rest is stock parts ...execpt alum here and there

hi, shaft drive 4wd, had some bits to mod down the machine shop now for 2 mths and they still havnt touched them
i know its not a baja chassi but i think it could be converted

very cool chassis i reckon....!!!

well done......

i would say that,that shaft setup would eeaassillllyy mod ( bit longer) to my belt drive setup... i hope u get her up and runnin soon...!!!!

the trickiest part i found was altering the ackerman to more 4x4 friendly... still pops a dog even now and then... im just to lasy to make slighty longer ones....

im sure theres a belt driven version that runs through the bottom from your gearing. think theres a vid on you tube that shows you how

yu can get a four wheel drive carlson with 2 speed which is pretty much the same setup with super quik speed
